退貨條款 Return Policy

 

本店所有復古古著均為獨一無二孤品，無法重複補貨，商品一經售出，概不接受無理由退換。

若貨品存在未提前標註的明顯重大瑕疵，請於簽收貨品48小時內拍攝實物細節照片聯繫我們核實處理，超出時限將不再受理。


All vintage items are unique one-of-a-kind pieces and cannot be restocked. No unreasonable returns or exchanges are accepted after purchase.

Please contact us with detailed real item photos within 48 hours after receipt if there are obvious major flaws that were not stated in advance. No applications will be accepted after the time limit.


購買前注意事項 Shopping Guidelines

 

  • 請仔細查看商品細節圖、尺寸數據與品相介紹，確認合適再下單。
    Please carefully check product detail pictures, size data and condition introduction before placing an order.
  • 古著帶有自然歲月痕跡，輕微磨損、色澤泛舊均屬正常狀態，不屬品質問題。
    Slight wear and aged appearance are normal traces of vintage items and not regarded as quality problems.
  • 受拍攝光線與顯示設備影響，可能存在輕微色差，商品一切以實物為準。
    Slight color difference may occur due to shooting light and display devices, the actual product shall prevail.

尺寸說明

 

所有尺寸均為人工平放測量，存在±1-2cm正常誤差。建議參考實測數據選購，古著原標籤尺碼與現代尺碼存在差異。

All measurements are manually taken flat with a normal tolerance of ±1-2cm. Please refer to actual measurements rather than original tag sizes, as vintage sizing differs from modern standard sizing.

 

付款及運送須知 Payment & Shipping Information

 

請在下單後 1 小時內完成付款，確認付款後訂單才會被正式建立。
若逾期尚未完成付款，系統將自動取消訂單，貨品不予保留。

Please complete your payment within 1 hour of placing your order . Your order will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Orders will be cancelled automatically without reservation if payment is overdue.


完成付款後請將支付收據發送至 IG 帳號 (__hoyden.vtg__) DM我們。
本店所有訂單一經付款確認，一概不接受更改款式、顏色及取消訂單。

Please send your payment receipt via IG DM to @__hoyden.vtg__ after payment.
No order amendments, colour/style changes or cancellations are allowed after payment confirmation.
